About the Event
On Thursday 21st January we will be hosting the *first ever* meeting for our new foodie subgroup: Jam and Le Creusetlem!!!
In this meeting we'll be discussing plans for the year: themes to cover, cook-a-long and bake-a-longs we'd like to see, and more! We'll then kick things off and share what skills we'd like to learn. Spatchocking? Tempered chocolate? Mastering burned butter? How do you properly crimp a gyoza?....! Who knows, your W.I. sisters may be able to offer some pointers!
