Comments & Complaints

Manchester WI is committed to providing a quality service to all our members. We aim to be as open and accountable as possible, and recognise that one of the main ways we can do this is by listening to our members, acknowledging any questions or concerns you may have, and putting any mistakes right as soon as we can.

We will always welcome feedback, positive or negative, and will treat complaints seriously and manage them in a fair, transparent and sensitive manner. In line with our values, all those involved in a complaint will be treated with respect at all times during the complaints process. Complaints and any other feedback provided will be responded to in a timely manner and kept confidential as far as possible; where this is not possible, those involved will be notified.

 

Complaints will be handled without discrimination or judgement, and anyone raising concerns will be treated equally and with objectivity. Where a complaint is about our entire WI Committee, it will be escalated to Federation level.
