Craft Club: Halloween Rag Wreaths

October’s Craft Club meeting is Halloween-themed and we’re making spooky rag wreaths! Very easy to make and very visually effective, rag wreaths are a great way to decorate for trick-or-treaters or just for yourself.

You’ll need something to shape the wreath with (a wreath hoop, some strong wire, a wire coathanger you’re willing to sacrifice, lots of pipe cleaners…), some fabric you can rag (or some rags if you have some to use! You can use any fabric, lace, or ribbons), and some scissors.

Feel free also to join us while getting on with your own crafting - all our members are welcome, whether you’re following along with the monthly make or not!

Craft Club is a sub-group of the Manchester WI, run by its members for its members. Guests are very welcome to come along and see if you would like to join us (we are a very friendly bunch)! You can either come to craft club with your own project (we have knitters who come for a natter) or bring material to join in with our monthly make.
