Craft Club: October - Fabric Pumpkins

Join us for an autumnal make-a-long as Beth shows us how to make fabric pumpkins. You can decorate these in loads of ways so the stalk and decoration lists are suggestions only.

Suggested materials

• 1/4 yard fabric (color of pattern of choice)
• Embroidery thread
• Hand sewing needles
• Stuffing (old tights, toy stuffing, feathers, small screwed up paper, fabric scraps etc)
• Seamstress measuring tape
• Scissors

Stalk Ideas

• Cork and twine
• Felt of your choice, brown for realism
• Thick stick, cut down into pieces
• Hot glue gun and glue sticks

Decoration Ideas

• Pipe cleaners
• Ribbon or Lace
• Felt leaves
