Jam and Le Creusetlem: Buttercream Basics

Love those beautfully decorated, smooth buttercream cakes, but find yours more insta-bin than Instagram? Well, Rachel: baker, crafter, and Treasurer extraordinaire, will show us some buttercram basics! 

She will show us how to make buttercream, give us tips for colouring and flavouring, and how to stack and ice a cake. For those a little more ahead in the buttercream game, Rachel will also show us some piping decorations and flowers!

You can decorate-a-long if you fancy, but not essential. You can simply bask in Rachel's buttery, creamy wisdom, and have a go in your own time!
