About the Event
Seasonal cooking and baking means using ingredients that are ready for harvest and at their peak. Produce is usually cheaper, tastes better, and buying from local farmers can also help to tackle the impact on the environment, and support local businesses! So being more mindful of what we eat and when is really a huge win, whether you're baking a pie or cooking hearty meal. This month we're going to try to eat more seasonally, then come together on Thursday 8th April and share some recipes and resources!
