About the Event

Take a breather from your work day and enjoy some gentle lunchtime stretching and relaxation with Manchester WI and Sadhana Yoga via Zoom. 

Sadhana will take us through some gentle yoga and pilates moves, finishing with a guided meditation to help you have a truly relaxing lunch break. All moves can be done either seated or on the floor and can be adapted for all levels of fitness so there's something for everyone, even if you've never tried yoga or pilates before. If you have any access requirements, injuries or specific queries about the class please let us know at manchesterwi@gmail.com so we can accommodate you. 

Registration is free (closes on the 30th April) and you will receive the Zoom link and secure log-in details by email from Sadhana on the morning of the class.
