About the Event
Please join us for our March main meeting, which is 'women in history' themed, for International Women's Day!
We will be joined by local historian, Carol Talbot. Carol is the author of Working-Class Suffragette, the Life of Annie Kenney.
She will be speaking to us all about the life of Annie Kenney, who was an English working-class suffragette and socialist feminist who became a leading figure in the Women's Social and Political Union.
We will also be collecting period products for Every Month, so please bring along pads/tamptons. We will also be hosting our regular raffle, to raise money for Humans MCR, and will be running our ever-popular bake sale, so please bring along a bake, and also some cash/change.

If you would like to attend this meeting in person, please join us at Methodist Central Hall, Oldham Street. Please arrive between 6:45 and 7pm to sign in, say hi, and have a slice of cake!
