About the Event

After the turmoil of 2020, join Manchester WI to get 2021 started on a better note with a winter wellbeing workshop focused on exploring practical and realistic ways to feel content, rested and resilient even when times are tough. No "new year, new you" here - this is all about creating a safe and supportive space to share our frustrations, discover small but impactful strategies for coping with everyday challenges and set practical goals to help us with our overall wellbeing. 

The session will be hosted by Fiona Ledgard, a qualified personal trainer, mental health first aider and emotional resilience trainer. Fiona is passionate about making wellbeing fun, accessible and inclusive and works with Manchester Metropolitan University's counselling service, Girl Gang Manchester and Queer Gym amongst others.
